The LCMS has a program called the Group Purchasing Agreement, and we recommend bookmarking this page for future reference. 

We have negotiated buying agreements with selected vendors for products and services that are widely used throughout the church. By combining the buying power of more than 8,000 organizations, the program offers substantial discounts on equipment, supplies and services to LCMS churches, schools and affiliated organizations. Your participation is crucial since the program discounts are based upon the volume of business the church achieves. The more this program is used, the more we can all save. 

Van Line agreements are not limited to church workers but are offered to all LCMS members. When contacting the companies, be sure to identify yourself as part of the LCMS to receive the discount.
